HEALTH GUARANTEE
Puppy will be guaranteed for 1 year against death from genetic defect. Pup will be
guaranteed against distemper and parvo for 48 hours. The buyer is required to take to their vet within 48 hours after receiving
no exceptions. This will protect us both. I have no idea what environment pup goes to once leaving me
This pup will have current vaccinations (2) and worming at time of shipping or pick
up. If within 48 hours the pup is found to have a life threatening genetic defect or contagious disease parvo or distember
the pup is to be returned to seller. You must have 2 vet exams to prove such problems. Buyer assumes his own vet costs for
any and all vet exams or diagnoses he incurs.
All shipping and
vet costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If buyer fails to see their vet within 48 hours this contract is void
and buyer accepts pup as is. Seller is not ever responsible for any vet exams, diagnoses or treatment Buyer incurs.

If pup
dies because of contagious disease within 48 hours, or pup dies within 1 year from genetic defect a replacement pup will be
made available to buyer as soon as one is available. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of replacement pup. Of course
your vet must discuss with my vet about any genetic defects if pup should die from such.
Any injuries or death that occur after puppy leaves seller are sole responsibility of the buyer these include:
accidents, pup stepped on, mauled by another animal, falls, Hypoglycemia, shipping accidents, fleas, parasites etc.
Puppy is not guaranteed for color, size, behavior, or luxating patellas which
is like a trick knee and common in toy breeds. Toy pups should never be allowed to jump from furniture, cars, porches etc.
this could cause such problems in toy breeds.
Pup is sold as pet
only and should be neutered and spayed to ensure good health throughout their lifetime. Contract is void if pup is bred.
